Table Service

The benchmarks have been coming fast and furiously for the boys these past few weeks--first with the rolling over and sitting up, then an ever-expanding vocabulary of squeaks and moans, and now, as of this morning, an upgrade in the diet that's been their standard since St. Mike's nursery last December.

With Dr. P's blessings, Nathaniel and Carter presided over the ceremony from their Bumbo chairs and took their first hearty gulps of rice cereal!




More of the spoonfuls actually ended up in their mouths than we expected, and when they were finished, each of them saw it fit to pitch the empty bowls onto the floor (isn't that a Greek tradition?).










Next up: the dreaded veggies, which should provide us with the first major parental crisis of our lives...
