"Good Friday" was spent reveling with the locals, as unseasonably warm weather demanded that we revisit the offerings of nearby Stanley Park. The boys took the lead in pursuit of a more "tactile" experience this time out, which made for a few cringe-worthy moments given that the park's groundstaff seems to have been on strike for the past couple of years, and we do live just off of one of the downtown core's major thruways (well, between two of them, actually). But while Nathaniel scaled concrete and Carter chased squirrels, we were eventually able to return home without the need for tetanus shots. City living certainly offers unique challenges, but what's a little extra vigilance when there's so much to do mere minutes away?
