The boys have been seeing a bit less of Amanda lately, but that's only because she's so impressed with Nathaniel's progress that she's scaled back her visits from weekly to bi-weekly. Clearly, her tips have been working--Nathaniel's making his way about the house with increasing confidence and he's aced every learning toy she's left with us.


So this week, she decided to up the ante: she traded the cookie jar for a talking piggy bank (a narrower slot for the coins, requiring more focus and steadier hand control on Nathaniel's part) and assigned some more difficult exercises.

Of course, there's no doubt he'll master them all--providing we can convince Carter to relinquish control of the new toys...
