Day Four began with an early rise and a wagon train to Bowmanville, to visit Aunt "Windy" and cousins Stepheny and Thomas. Traffic was surprisingly bearable--well, not really--and before long, we were all hooked up. The boys got a first look at Grandma and Grandpa's brand new snazzy blue car, before we headed off to the nearby Wal-Mart for some shopping and a snack at Micky D's (Grandma, Wendy, and Pops made a brief detour to the nearby Bell Store to get Wendy hooked up on an iPhone, which I'm sure thrilled the boys). Then, it was back to Wendy's for another birthday celebration for Pops--and some mighty delectable ice-cream cake--before we packed it up back to the big city. By the time we passed the CN Tower, Carter was out, but not Nathaniel, obviously jazzed from a superb day out...
