Given Carter;s current obsession with all things "Fab Four", we thought it best to encourage his interests and provide him with a guitar in addition to the drum kit. Lidia picked up a very nice guitar at a nearby dollar store, and we presented it to him on Saturday, but he was already showing symptomsof his impending illness and showed only minimal interest. Pops tried to score him a professional axe at the Spring Fling courtesy of the local music academy, but was outbid at the auction. Oh well--the most important thing is that Carter get better first, and we'll sort out the logistics later. He and his brother Nathaniel are only two years of age, after all--we've got plenty of time to put the band together...
