A special day at Shelly's--not only were Mom and Pops present (something must be up!) but so were special guests Kathy and Chris: Nathaniel's speech therapists from Surrey Place. They'd heard me talk about the drop-in for some time now and could see how it was such a positive influence on Nathaniel, but had never attended a session. So they slipped in quietly this morning and were very impressed by the entire program. So much stimulation and attention, so many activities, so many friends, and Nathaniel was up front and having a good time. Shortly after story time we all slipped out--not that we were missed...well, maybe just a little...
