Fairview Frivolity

With the threat of all-day downpours, we decided to keep the action indoors and revisit Fairview Mall, where the boys have visited twice before. Now that Nathaniel spends most of the day on his feet, we figured he enjoy the chance to dazzle his adoring public with his impressive new moves.

To the strains of The Imagination Movers--Nathaniel's favorite CD--we braved relatively civilized crosstown traffic for the jaunt uptown. Carter didn't quite last...

After a bite in the snazzy food court-- where Carter kept neighbouring shoppers entertained with his impressive song catalogue, and the boys chowed down heartily on Mom's broccoli and green beans--Dad did a bit of clothing shopping and picked up a few things for the boys at The Disney Store (including Perry the duck-billed platypus from "Phineas And Ferb"!) just before the boys grew restless. As did we all...

Then it was back home for an afternoon snooze (for everyone!) and then a roam in Stanley Park, just before temps dropped to an uber-chill. Here's a clip of Carter and Nathaniel scoping out the food court...
