Those in-the-know regard Wednesday as one thing and one thing only: new comics and cool stuff day! Most weeks, it's Carter that reaps the benefits, evidenced by our collapsing shelves of Superman, Hulk, and Beatles collectibles.
But while Nathaniel enjoys many of these characters, it's generally Carter's current tastes that dictate the purchases...
Well, today was unique, in that the big item was the release of "Yo Gabba Gabba!" figures--still Nathaniel's favorite book and TV series.
Pops is a bit cash-strapped this week so he opted for the first half of the set, with the plan to purchase the rest on the weekend.
So tonight, Nathaniel and Carter got to play with DJ Lance, Moono, and Plex...with the others--Foofa, Toody, and Broby--arriving soon...
