Another Historic Day...(In A Galaxy Far, Far Away)




I spent most of the day downstairs working on the Big Comic Book Project, while Mom looked after the boys upstairs. Turns out Spike TV was airing the original "Star Wars" films, and needing a break from Treehouse's marathon broadcasts of Toopie Et Binoo, she decided to leave them on. Well, before long, the Tauntaun sleeping bag was out on the floor and at dinner, Carter was humming the classic John Williams theme music, which Pops first owned on vinyl back in May of 1977 . I thought we'd get into this subject several years from now, but I guess it was bound to happen...

In celebration of another major benchmark, here's a link to the first trailer for "Star Wars", in 1977 a totally-unknown phenomenon, which blew Pops' brain as a youngster...
