With Carter's help, I put together my Annual Stupid Convention Gift To Myself--a 45% scale replica of Darth Vader's helmet, which went out-of-print in the mid-90s, but was selling at the Con for a very reasonable price. Carter helped me assemble it, but was surprised that it was too small for him to wear!
