Hard to believe it's been a full year since the boys' first visit to optometrist Dr. Bader--but here we are, en route to Bayview Village for an early 8am appointment (true to Toronto form--the entire side of the street we wanted to park on was ripped up for construction). After a quicky exam--including 3D--in Bader's inner sanctum of cool gadgets and vintage toys--both Carter and Nathaniel were declared el perfecto in terms of vision (unlike their blind-as-a-bat Poppa) and everyone was back at home in time for Karren's arrival...
