Week Two: Day One

Week Two began with Pops escorting the boys to the school solo and with Carter all abuzz to meet up with his new good friend Nico...

Attendance. Check. Roll call. Check. Time for the grownups to leave. Really--do I have to?

We had a pretty good romp after attendance was taken the final bell rang, then, Miss P and Miss Ruth threatened to call the guards if I didn't leave...

No matter--I made a quick scoot home later to catch the end of the boys' lunch hour and helped Karren take them back...

A busy day obviously--new hanger markers....

And a lesson in "flightless birds", which resulted in some very nice new art...

Carter introduced me to Ellie, whom we'd met earlier at the Foggy Dew...

And there's Nico, sporting a pretty darn fine Godzilla t-shirt...
